I can’t believe the Winter Olympics have been going on all weekend and I’m just now blabbing about it. I flippin’ love the Olympics! And I don’t care if it’s the Winter or Summer games. Either way, I’m hopped up and jazzed. (Are you an Olympics freak, or am I the only one?)
Mister and I watched the Slopestyle qualifiers the night before the opening ceremonies and that was all it took. Now, any time we hear an announcer say “slopestyle” we yell it out immediately. I swear – we should have made a drinking game of it. But if we had, both of us would have passed out a day and a half ago. And friends – that ain’t pretty.
Anyhoo, for the next couple of weeks I’ll be glued to my telly, marveling at all things Olympic and grinning like I’m going for gold. I mean, if smiling were an Olympic event, I bet I could medal. I’m just sayin’.
