Did you know that in America it’s National Pizza Day? I had no idea, until yesterday.
And here’s the deal y’all – I love pizza. It’s pizza, so duh! Of course I love it! But I didn’t plan on pizza for Sunday Supper, so Mister and I won’t be pizza-ing tonight. (Don’t cry for us – we’ll be having a King Ranch Chicken Casserole recipe we got from NPR.) But if you’re able, and you love pizza as much as I, I certainly do hope you’ll be hitting some pizza pie. Hard. And loving it.
And for anyone in St. Louis who goes to Angelo’s in Blackjack, have a slice for me. And while you’re there, maybe play “Double Dutch Bus” on the jukebox. I will be more jealous than you can possibly know.
