It’s the last day of November and I can hardly believe it. Maybe the fact that Christmas decorations have been up for an entire month has helped speed it along. Maybe it’s the flurry of social and family engagements. Maybe it’s just that I’m old and time moves too quickly.
Whatever the reason, I’d like to make today count. I’d like to honor this last day of November with thoughts of falling leaves and soup. Hayrides and pumpkin pie. Holiday music and tinsel can wait until tomorrow. For today it is still November. And she is grand.
