Mister and I have been doing our best to eat a Mediterranean diet this month. We figured we’d be healthy right up until the turkey hits the hot oil on Thanksgiving Day, and so far we’ve been just that.

 

But it’s starting to get to me, friends. Cheeseburgers. Pig meat. I’ve avoided all of it and I miss it so much! (Could you tell I was super-whiny in that last sentence?) The truth is, I’m a big ol’ omnivore. And as much as I love fish, and veggies, I still feel a wee bit limited in my consumption array (or lack thereof).

 

But these are high-class problems. I know that. And the fact is, I will have turkey in a couple of weeks. And I’ll overeat and have a grand day of more food-variety than most folks ever see. For I am blessed. Truly.

 

But for now, it’s more fishy-fishy-fish-fish. And it is good. It really is.
